Wie installiere ich R plotly in Debian?

Ich studiere Datenvisualisierung mit Matrizen, Eigenmatrizen und Netzwerkgraphen und versuche, das 1D-EKG-Signal durch Netzwerkgraphen zu visualisieren. Ich fühle die aktuellen Tools ggnet2und plotlyunzureichend sein, aber ich habe es nicht geschafft , auf die grundlegenden Tests abgeschlossen mit , plotlyweil ich nicht bekommen kann es installiert ist . Ich habe 3 erfolglose Installationsversuche von plotly als root in der R-Eingabeaufforderung durchlaufen,install.packages(plotly) aber ich bekomme immer wieder

httrhängt vom Paket openssl und curl ab . Das opensslPaket benötigt als Systemanforderunglibssl-dev

Das curlPaket benötigt als Systemanforderung libcurl4-openssl-dev:

Um zu installieren, müssen Sie Folgendes ausführen:

sudo apt-get install libssl-dev libcurl4-openssl-dev

danach install.packages("plotly")sollte funktionieren.
