Doppelmonitore mit 2 Videotreibern mit xrandr 1.4

Ich versuche, mit zwei verschiedenen Grafikkartentreibern (i915 & nvidia) auf zwei Bildschirmen zu arbeiten, aber wie Sie sehen können, listet xrandr nur den nvidia-Anbieter auf. Ich benutze Arch Linux. Ich habe erfolglos versucht herauszufinden, woher xrandrdie Anbieterliste kommt.

Gibt es einen Grund, warum das i915 nicht angezeigt wird?

Sie müssen Ihre GPUs in /etc/X11/xorg.conf folgendermaßen definieren:

Sie können die Nicht-NVIDIA-Karte mit den folgenden Befehlen aktivieren:

Ich kann bestätigen, dass es tatsächlich funktioniert. Die neue URL zur nvidia-Dokumentenseite lautet jetzt http://us.download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Linux-x86/319.12/README/randr14.html (die alte funktioniert nicht).

Mein Setup für zwei Monitore ist eine integrierte Grafik mit GTX1080 und Intel HD Graphics 4000 (i5 3570) - jeweils ein Monitor.

Die folgende xorg.conf hat perfekt für mich funktioniert:
