Nach dem Upgrade von 16.04 LTS auf 17.10 ist die Wiederaufnahme meines Dell XPS 13 9350 abgebrochen. Wenn ich den Deckel schließe, hängt das System, soweit ich das beurteilen kann (obwohl ich vermute, dass es an diesem Punkt wahrscheinlich abgestürzt ist). Ich sehe Einträge wie diese in / var / log / syslog:

Diese Meldungen selbst zeigen eigentlich nichts Ungewöhnliches an (zumindest für mein System - ich bin gespannt, was die Fehler bedeuten). Wenn ich den Deckel öffne, sehe ich einen BIOS-POST und das System bootet. Dies spiegelt sich in dem Protokoll wider, in dem Nachrichten wie diese unmittelbar nach dem obigen Abschnitt enthalten waren:

Nachdem ich das "uswsusp" -Paket installiert habe, hat Resume richtig funktioniert:
sudo apt-get install uswsusp

Wenn ich jetzt anhalte, werden noch viele weitere Syslog-Einträge angezeigt, die darauf hinweisen, dass das System ordnungsgemäß angehalten wird:

Wie auch immer, ich weiß nicht, warum das "uswsusp" -Paket fehlte oder warum es das Problem vollständig behoben hat. Scheint, als sollte es ein erforderliches Paket sein.
