Ich habe gerade einen Laptop auf Ubuntu 16.04 aktualisiert und jetzt sehe ich das folgende Problem. In unregelmäßigen Abständen (wenn jedoch Grafikaktivitäten stattfinden, z. B. das Öffnen eines Fensters) kommt es zu einer Störung des Bildschirms und der Computer friert ein. Das Einzige, was man tun kann, ist, es mit Gewalt auszuschalten. was natürlich alle Kernel-Log-Einträge verliert, die es gegeben haben könnte.

Neuinstallation der X-Treiber, wie in 16.04 - Wie man Intel-Standardtreiber löscht und Intel-Grafiktreiber neu installiert, hat nicht geholfen. In früheren Ubuntu-Versionen gab es dieses Problem nicht, obwohl einige 3D-Operationen (wie der rotierende Desktop-Würfel) die perspektivischen Transformationen nicht richtig ausführten.

@dzmanto: Ich habe den 4.5.1-Kernel wie in Ihrer Antwort auf diese Frage ausprobiert, aber leider hilft es in meinem Fall nicht. Wenn ich das Zoomen auf Vollbild und das Zurückzoomen einige Male wiederhole, zeigt sich das Problem. (Der Bildschirm wird horizontale schwarze Balken zwischen farbigen Streifen der lila Hintergrundfarbe.)

@ David Foerster: Ich habe mir diese Frage angeschaut; Die Antworten scheinen sich um die Wiederherstellung von X-Protokollen zu drehen. In meinem Fall ist der Computer jedoch vollständig eingefroren, sodass keine Möglichkeit besteht, etwas zu protokollieren. .xsession-error..old und Xorg.0.log.old enthalten leider nichts Interessantes.

Dies scheint nicht X-Realted zu sein. Ich habe es auf meinem Intel D945GSEJT-basierten Server ohne X und nur (!) Gesehen, wenn kein Display angeschlossen war. Ein Update auf 4.5.7 löste das Problem.
