kann libpq-dev in ubuntu 14.04 nicht installieren

Ich kann libpq-dev nicht für postgresql installieren, ich habe es versucht

sudo apt-get install libpq-dev

und Ausgabe

Das Problem ist gelöst!

Ich habe das mit remove gelöst libpq5:

sudo apt-get remove libpq5
sudo apt-get install libpq-dev

So einfach! Zu Ihrer Information - Ich musste sudo apt-get updatezuerst, weil ich nicht die neuesten Quellen hatte (läuft auf DigitalOcean Ubuntu 14.04 Image, das wahrscheinlich ein bisschen alt ist)
