Apt-Get Update: Fehler beim Abrufen; Es kann keine Verbindung zu Quellen hergestellt werden

Mir ist klar, dass es Dutzende von "apt-get update: failure to fetch" -Fragen gibt (ich habe alles durchgelesen, was ich finden konnte), aber mein aktueller Umstand ist einzigartig für 12.04 und betrifft alle Quellen. nicht nur Launchpad. Außerdem habe ich verschiedene Server in Europa und den USA sowie den "Hauptserver" (wo auch immer) ausprobiert, und alle führen zu demselben Ergebnis: Ich kann keine Verbindung zu Softwarequellen herstellen.

Außerdem bin ich mir ziemlich sicher, dass das Problem auf das Upgrade von 11.10 auf 12.04 zurückzuführen ist, das ich heute Morgen durchgeführt habe, da die Updates unmittelbar zuvor funktionierten.

Aktualisierungen vom Update Manager funktionierten einwandfrei und ich konnte einige Dinge (mutter) ohne Zwischenfälle aus dem Software Center herunterladen, was mich glauben lässt, dass ich eine Verbindung zu einer Teilmenge der Ubuntu-Server herstellen kann (jedoch zu mehreren anderen Ubuntu-Servern - wie z. B. Extras - und einige kanonische Server werden als "nicht verbindbar" aufgeführt.
