Apache-Paket in Cygwin scheint nicht zu funktionieren. Fehlerprotokolle sind ebenfalls leer

Ich habe cygwinin einem WindowsPC installiert . Alles ok.
Dann habe ich versucht, apachePaket zu installieren . Ich habe alle relevanten Pakete ausgewählt und installiert.
Das Problem: In /usr/sbinkann ich sehen apachectl2und http2und auch ich kann die Konfigurationsdateien unter sehen /etc/apache2zB das httpd.confes nicht zu funktionieren scheint.
Es gibt kein wwwVerzeichnis unter /var. Ich habe einen für den Fall und auch ein Unterverzeichnis mit dem Namen erstellt, cgi-bindh ich habe www/cgi-binein Beispielskript erstellt und platziert, .plaber es funktioniert nicht.
Ich kann mich nicht einmal mit der Haupt-Apache-Seite verbinden, dh in http://localhost:9080(ich habe 9080in die httpd.conf).
Das /var/log/apache2/error_logist leer.

Was mache ich hier falsch?

UPDATE:
Ich sehe in verschiedenen Quellen, dass irgendwie cygservereine Voraussetzung ist. Ich sehe einen Rat, dass ein CYGWINenv var existieren sollte, der das Wort enthalten sollte server. Habe keine Ahnung was das bedeutet.

Nach diesem Beispiel habe ich cygserver als Dienst installiert. Das scheint in Ordnung zu gehen.
Auch habe ich versucht zu installieren ssh(nicht sicher warum) und auszuführen httpd2.conf. Diese konnten nicht installiert werden:

Ich habe keine Ahnung, was ich hier falsch mache. Ich habe das von gestern versucht. Irgendwelche Ideen?

UPDATE 3
Aus irgendeinem Grund startet manchmal der Apache-Dienst!

Wenn ich tippe localhost:8085(ich habe den Port so geändert httpd2.conf, dass 8085der Browser nur hängt), erhalte ich keine Antwort und die Seite scheint sich in einem Ladezustand zu befinden, als würde versucht, eine Verbindung herzustellen
