Ich weiß, dass viele Leute ähnliche Probleme haben, aber ich denke nicht, dass dies ein Duplikat ist. Meine Situation ist etwas anders und keine der Lösungen, die für andere Menschen funktionieren, hat für mich funktioniert.

Ich habe zwei Festplatten, eine mit nur einer primären Partition (SDB) und eine mit mehreren Partitionen (SDA). Mein fdisk -lsieht so aus:

Ich habe Ubuntu 11.10 auf sda5 und Windows 7 auf sdb1 installiert (ich bin nicht sicher, was sich auf der primären Partition / dev / sda1 befindet - ein altes Betriebssystem, das mir egal ist). Ich habe zuerst Windows und dann Ubuntu installiert. Hier habe ich root auf (hd1,1)sdb1 gesetzt. Dies wurde Windows 7dem Grub-Menü hinzugefügt , aber wenn Sie es auswählen, wird nur ein leerer Bildschirm angezeigt und es hängt sich auf (es bootet nicht in Windows 7). Ich habe eine Reihe von Lösungen für Menschen mit ähnlichen (aber nicht identischen) Problemen ausprobiert und kann nichts zum Laufen bringen.

Am einfachsten ist es wahrscheinlich, Wubi zu verwenden, um eine Kopie von Ubuntu unter Windows (als virtuelle Festplatte) zu installieren, herauszufinden, was es mit den GRUB-Dateien macht, und sie dann in Ihrer tatsächlichen Partition zu replizieren.

Sind Sie sicher, dass (hd1,1) korrekt ist? Die ", 1" ist sicher, da GRUB2 ab GRUB (Legacy) Partitionen und Festplatte von 1 und nicht von 0 nummeriert.

EDIT : Ich liege auch falsch, GRUB2 nummeriert Partitionen ab 1, aber Festplatten werden weiterhin ab 0 gezählt . Vielen Dank an Walter Maier-Murdnelch für den Hinweis.

OKAY. Ich kann Ihnen auch eine andere mögliche Lösung nennen. Zum Beispiel habe ich mein gesamtes Notebook mit truecrypt verschlüsselt. Beim Booten gebe ich entweder das Passwort von truecrypt ein oder drücke ESC und gehe zum Bootloader von grub (wenn grub auf einer Partition installiert wurde und nicht auf dem MBR).
