Auf einigen PCs wird beim Ausführen des vollständigen BCM-Installationsprogramms eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt: "Für Business Contact Manager muss Outlook auf dem Computer installiert sein." Alle PCs haben Outlook-Profile eingerichtet und werden jeden Tag ohne Probleme verwendet. Andere Programme wie Shoretel installierten Add-Ins ohne Probleme. Es scheint nur dieses Programm zu sein, das nicht sieht, dass Outlook installiert ist, und das Verhalten ist nicht konsistent.
