Wie stoppe ich das Flackern?
* UPDATE: * Dieser Code funktioniert wirklich gut, wenn ich direkt auf dem Formular zeichne. Wenn ich jedoch versuche, auf das Panel zu zeichnen, wird das Flackern zu einem Problem
