Ich bin kürzlich auf diese Seite gestoßen und habe nach so etwas gesucht. Nur für den Fall, dass jemand darauf stößt und sich nur für die Hauptbenutzerdatenbanken interessiert, können Sie so etwas verwenden, das Master, msdb ... ausschließt.
